The most dangerous AI SDR demo is the one that makes weak positioning look operationally impressive. The sequence is clean. The research is fast. The activity volume is high. But if the ICP is fuzzy, the offer is generic, or the timing trigger is imaginary, the machine only scales the confusion. AI can help a sharp GTM system move faster. It cannot decide who should care. Before automating outbound, I would rather see the team write one painfully specific sentence about who they serve and why now.
