B2B GTM Will Become More Technical, Not Less Human

AI will make GTM systems more technical while making human judgment more valuable at the moments that matter.

The lazy version of the AI GTM story is that everything becomes automated and less human. I think the better version is stranger. GTM becomes more technical: data flows, enrichment logic, deliverability, routing, scoring, agent workflows, memory, attribution. But the human moments become more important because they are fewer. Trust, negotiation, sharp positioning, and judgment do not disappear. They get concentrated. The teams that win will understand both sides: technical systems for timing and context, humans for stakes and commitment.

Where this fits

This supports the B2B product distribution cluster by arguing that AI makes GTM systems more technical while increasing the value of human judgment at the point of decision.
